Egyptian actress Rania Youssef may face jail after sporting revealing costume


An Egyptian actress may resist 5 years in jail after being charged with public obscenity for sporting a see-through costume which revealed the whole thing of her legs.

Rania Youssef, who’s aged in her 30s, had been attending the closing ceremony of a movie competition in Cairo when she was pictured on Thursday within the black ensemble, which raised eyebrows.

The piece contains of black leotard lined by a clear overdress with criss-cross detailing and a big bow belt.

Youssef is ready to face trial on 12 January after a bunch of legal professionals filed a criticism to the chief prosecutor.

She now faces as much as 5 years in jail if she is convicted.
